For read a file from a bfile using OCI->LOB

//any.jpg must be any file
$image = new Imagick('any.jpg');

// rewind the OCI->lob
$ociLob->rewind();

//This is the magick
$image->readImageBlob($ociLob->read($oci->size()), $oci->size());
